Registrant understands the danger inherent in bicycling and that the risks of mortal or serious injury or property damage through accidents involving terrain, weather, automobiles, animals or cyclists are beyond the control of the Tour de Moore Classic North Carolina Bike Rides Event Organizers. In consideration of the acceptance of my application to participate in the Tour de Moore Classic North Carolina Bike Rides, Registrant hereby waives and releases any and all rights and claims for damages Registrant may have against Habitat for Humanity of the NC Sandhills, Sandhills Cycling Club or any of its members, associates, sponsors, promoters or volunteers involved in the Tour de Moore Classic North Carolina Bike Rides.

Registrant agrees to ride in a safe manner, wear a Snell, ANSI or CPSC approved bicycle helmet and obey all traffic laws, including riding right of the center line.
